Each vial contains 5mg of EACH CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin in lyophilized form.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog designed to increase growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1 levels for muscle growth, fat loss, anti-aging, and recovery. It stimulates the pituitary gland to produce GH, mimicking the body’s natural process.

CJC-1295 without DAC: Has a short half-life (~30 minutes), requiring frequent dosing for GH pulses.

Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) and selective ghrelin receptor agonist that stimulates the release of growth hormone (GH). It is often used for anti-aging, muscle growth, fat loss, and recovery.

People combine CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin because they work synergistically to enhance growth hormone (GH) release in a natural, controlled manner.

Why This Combination?

How It’s Used

  • Typically administered via subcutaneous injection, often before bed to mimic natural GH secretion.
  • Common protocol: 100mcg of CJC-1295 (No DAC) + 100mcg of Ipamorelin, 2-3 times per day.
Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to get a solution that is 2.5mg/mL EACH of CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin, such that every 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) is equal to 250mcg of EACH CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin.
This product must be refrigerated after reconstitution.
